Pay Your Annual Dues

Please click on the button below to pay your annual dues. OWW1 POA currently assesses annual fees of $150 for each lot owned. The fees are for a fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).

Pay for Your Mailbox

You can order and pay for your locking mailbox below. The cost of a mailbox is a one-time fee of $50, with all fees going into a mailbox repair/replacement account. Half of the fee ($25) is refundable upon termination of mailbox use and surrendering of the key.

Note: We impose a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount when paying with a Credit Card. It is not greater than the cost of our acceptance. We do not charge on Debit Cards.
