This means that you should have whatever you need to take with you packed and ready to go should an actual evacuation take place. Don’t wait to gather your things together until it’s too late to do so. Communities on the other side of the river are now at level 2 (Set), meaning they should have everything already loaded so that they can leave at a moment’s notice. We are not quite there yet, but it could happen at any time, so don’t delay.
